My interview process went for the most part how I imagined it would. I was able to ask all of the questions that I had planned and the responses that I was given were given a good amount of thought. When I planned my interview I wanted to make sure of a couple things. First and foremost, i wanted to create an environment that was laid back and relaxed so that the person I was interviewing felt like they could be honest and open when giving their answers. I knew this was going to play a big part in the type of responses I was given and it was important that I got good ones so that I have a story. I wanted to interview a business intern to learn about the things that they do, and things they had to do in order to get to that place. Preparing for the interview was something that was needed for it to go well.

I think its good that you cared about where you interviewed. I think its always good to make sure that the person being interviewed is as comfortable as possible. After all they are on the hot seat you could say, so they need to feel comfortable so they can answer the questions to their fullest abilities. I hope that you found what you were looking for in this interview.
